I love your new look. Everything inside is so bright and colorful. I noted you said your were a doctor. No more? I hope it was a happy decision and not health related. I am a retired RN, too old to work. I did not retire until I was 70. Sure do miss it. Blessings

the little ladder known as a escale du menusierie - I found in a brocante, flea market, is old from the 1700 's or so & serves as a provisionary staircase to the attic where we are converting,very slowly mind you, into an open plan living/dining/kitchen room and the beams above are really magnificant.
& yes, vacations to come!!!! nearby are the mountains and med beaches filled with history back to 700 years before Jesus!!!

yes, I am a pediatrician from an Ivy League school back east- I had breast CA and 8 years of chemo,surg,etc ( working thruout) and we came here bec: hubby and kiddos are french /americans---- so I stopped for health reasons/health insurance and long to return to practice - I miss it so much- like you ! I noticed your pink ribbon on your site for your sister! a fellow woman warrior! merci!!!

Oh... I hope living in such color makes you happy. It puts a big smile on my face. Who can be depressed when it such a cherry place. Lovely job at decorating and being a breast cancer survivor.
